Capstone Music in Burlington, Ontario has earned Platinum Winner status for the 7th consecutive year for Music Lessons. The success of the music centre has also led to the development of group programs such as Pop Shop and Rock Shop. Students learn in a group setting and collaborate as a vocal group or band. A toddler music program called Tot Shop is also offered, which provides music centred fun and contributes to children’s cognitive development.
“We teach kids to ‘play’, not ‘practice’. Music can’t be a chore so every effort is made to make it fun. Our music teachers understand this as it promotes a positive learning experience”, adds Breen.
