Maintaining current payment reserves your time slot
We do not hold time slots longer than three weeks without payment.
Health & Respect Policy
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home out of respect for your teacher’s health and the well-being of others in the studio. If you’re still up for playing, we’re happy to set up a Zoom lesson so you don’t have to miss out.
Attendance & Make‑Ups
No deductions for missed lessons; no‑shows cannot be made up
Guaranteed make‑ups only for teacher absences or studio cancellations
