Summer Music Lessons + Summer Music Camp!

Welcome to the summer to remember. Now that the warmer weather is upon us, it is high time to start thinking about summer lessons and programs we have to offer to keep us active musicians throughout this wonderful time of year.

We want to motivate ALL students to keep motivated and focused on themselves this summer!

SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS

Please note that Capstone Music teaches private lessons all year round.  While it might seem as if it would be logical to take the summer off – let us give you reasons why summer is one of the best times to keep at it, or join in.

 · Less to do…  the pressure to balance school studies and lessons is far less stressful.

 · Cut the equation between music and work….. (80% of students never touch their Instrument after they graduate because of the connection Between school.)

· SUMMER TIME IS MUSIC TIME

This is the time to discover The fun that music can be.

So… why don’t you consider increasing your lesson time to hourly sessions,

or 2- ½ hour sessions weekly. OR… if you’ve always wanted to learn another instrument as well,

why don’t you take this opportunity to try it out this summer as well.

Please note that Capstone Music does allow 2 more vacation days

during the summer months to allow for a greater flexibility for vacations…

In recent years, we’ve noticed students become hard on themselves in September for feeling rusty or drawing blanks (which we come in for jam sessions and practices with their teachers! It doesn’t have to be a classroom setting, but simply an “upkeep” session!

There are campfires and cottage docks in need of guitar players this summer! There are family reunions and weddings in need of singers. There are pubs and grills in need of bands! It is the hottest audition time of the year for colleges, universities and productions! Why not get a few lessons in to prepare for an audition? A theory exam? An RCM exam? WE WANT OUR STUDENTS TO ENJOY PERFORMING!

Even if you’re not professionally performing, consider brushing up on your passion to show off to your friends this summer!  We demand our students to feel comfortable performing their best! Why not make them feel as braced as possible for these upcoming occasions?

 SUMMER CAMP 2015:

Running July 6^th-10^th and August 10th – 14th

Each session costs $175, BUT if you sign up before june 16th, the fee is reduced to $150! Please feel free to take advantage of this offer.

Your kids will be getting a half day’s worth of fun (9am-12pm) JAM PACKED with activities, music lessons, games, crafts, performances, studio time, outdoor play and more! We want the ultimate experience for them!

Feel free to sign up for several weeks, there’s a great element of weekly carry-over, which we are implementing this year to accommodate the reoccurring faces we anticipate seeing!
